Introducing a puppy to your family is a big responsibility, and there is so much more to owning a dog than you might think, or remember. Too often, making the decision to purchase a puppy seems like a good idea at the time, but the reality soon becomes all too apparent: the sweet, cuddly puppy is now a mischievous teenager or an out-of-control adult, and the time, energy, money and inconvenience is all too overwhelming.
